PawNest (“we”) sells pet accessories online to customers in the United States. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Order details you submit at checkout: name, email, phone (optional), and shipping address.
• Payment-related identifiers returned by our payment provider, Readies (for example payment ID and transaction ID). We do not store full card or wallet secrets on our servers.
• Basic technical logs needed to run the site (for example IP address in server logs) when hosted on platforms such as Vercel.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order.
• To contact you about shipping, refunds, or payment issues.
• To comply with legal or accounting requirements.

Who we share with

We share order and payment information with Readies to process checkout, and with shipping or procurement partners as needed to deliver your items. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The storefront uses browser local storage for your cart. We do not use advertising trackers in this MVP.
